Motown Magic is officially headed to the Adidas Jr. 3SSB Midwest Regionals in Mishawaka, Indiana — and we’re traveling prepared, organized, and focused.

This tournament is a major opportunity for our program and our players to compete on the Adidas circuit while representing Macomb County and Detroit basketball the right way.

Below is everything parents need to know for a smooth and successful weekend.

Mandatory Player Authentication – Adidas Sports Passport

All players are required to be authenticated through Adidas’ official verification platform before they can compete.

Parents must complete registration at:

Each parent is responsible for:

• Creating or completing their player’s passport profile

• Uploading all required documents

• Ensuring approval is completed before tournament weekend

Uniform Update

All uniforms have been ordered and are expected to arrive in approximately three weeks. Distribution details will be shared once they arrive.

We have secured a hotel block for our families.

This location is close to the tournament venue and can accommodate our group.

Parents will need a confirmation number from Coach. Once received:

• Call the hotel to confirm your room

• Place your credit card on file

• Confirm check-in and check-out details

Please use the team block rather than booking independently unless absolutely necessary.

Travel Plan

Drive Time from Mount Clemens: Approximately 3.5–4 hours

Recommended Travel Schedule

Friday Arrival (Recommended)

• Depart Friday afternoon or evening

• Check into hotel

• Light meeting and rest

Saturday & Sunday

• Arrive at venue 45 minutes before first game

• Plan meals between games

• Bracket play Sunday

• Travel home after final game

Food & Game Day Planning

The Holiday Inn Express includes breakfast, which will be helpful for early start times.

Between games, families should plan for:

• Water and electrolytes

• Healthy snacks

• Quick meals nearby (fast casual, pizza, family restaurants)

• Both uniforms (once distributed)

• Warm-ups

• Slides

• Backpack

• Water bottle

• Recovery tools (stretch bands, foam roller, etc.)

Parents are encouraged to bring:

• Snacks or a cooler

• Chargers

• Team spirit gear
