What a weekend for Motown Magic

This past weekend, our boys hit the road to compete in the 9th/10th grade JV bracket at the FAAST Fall Shootout—and they showed out! We battled hard all tournament and brought home a second-place finish against a tough Erie Sparks squad. It was a strong way to kick off the season, and we’re excited to keep building on that momentum as we get back to work this week.

Game Highlights:

• Game 1: Ben Hefel – 8 pts, 6 rebs, 3 stls

• Game 2: Braxton Humphreys – 15 pts, 7 rebs, 3 blks

• Game 3: Dre Howard – 17 pts, 5 rebs, 1 stl, 2 blks | Ben Hefel – 15 pts

• Game 4: Dre Howard – 9 pts, 3 rebs, 3 blks

This week, while many of our guys are suiting up for football, we’re also kicking off the Level Up Skills Camp with Coach Swan at Chippewa High. On top of that, we’ll be back to our shooting routines on Friday to keep sharpening our game.
